Yes, that’s the normal way to do it if you are only concerned about BizTalk in 32-bit.

But the idea of this code is to provide a simple way to do the same and be able to:
1) Use the code in a 64-bit BizTalk host (the standard MIME/SMIME decoder/encoder doesn’t work in 64-bit)
2) Create unit tests that send/receive encrypted messages to BizTalk and validate that the data is valid.

I have that issue when trying to use a custom IIdentity.

To date (2010), using VS 2008 with SP1, MS still has not resolved the issue. Here’s hoping… Way to go MS!!!

I have a related question, i have some class library, published with a WCF service application in IIS 6. This class library has some worker threads doing stuff.

How can i receive an event (or something like) when the AppPool of the WCF Service App is recycled to do save, restore, cleanup code…
